| Usage and Recommended Dosage. |
Duodenal and soft gastric ulcers: 40 mg once during dream or 20 mg twice
daily, 4-8 weeks.
Service: 20 mg during dream.
Children: not recommended.
Outflow oesophagitis: 20 mg of 40 mg b.i.d. for till 6-12 weeks. Service:
20 mg b.i.d. If erosion - the existing dose, can be increased up to 40 mg
b.i.d. For till 12 weeks.
Zollinger-Ellison A syndrome: the Beginning about 20 mg 6 hourly, increased as
required, Children: the Safety which has been not established. Elderly: Any changes of a dose
necessary. A heartburn, acid diarrhea and a sour stomach: 10 mg, 1 hour
before food as a preventive measure.
