Zidovir-100 Capsules = Zidovudine USP 100mg
Zidovir-300 Tablets = Zidovudine USP 300mg
Zidovir Oral Solution 5ml = Zidovudine USP 50mg
Zidovir as the part of therapy of a combination is designated for treatment of a HIV
infection when antiretroviral therapy is guaranteed.
Maternal-Fetal Transfer of a HIV: Zidovir also is designated for prevention
from Maternal-Fetal transfer of a HIV. Safety zidovir for mother
or the fruit during the first trimester of pregnancy has not been appreciated.
Recommended full oral daily dose Zidovir - 600 mg day in
the divided doses in a combination wth others antiretroviral agents and 500 mg
